SAFETY AUDITS:


  • Initial on-site safety audit conducted by Certified health and safety professional, performed at the start of each contract term


  • Audit evaluates current conditions, hazards, and compliance gaps


  • Initial audit is used to develop customized safety inspection checklist for customer monthly inspections.

  • Scheduled on-site safety audits conducted every 3 months (4 per year)

MONTHLY INSPECTIONS REVIEW SUPPORT


  • Customer performs 8 monthly safety inspections using checklist


  • Completed checklists are sent to Bonneville Safety for review by Certified professional


  • Your inspection checklist is signed off by a Certified professional and returned for your records


  • Monthly reminder of outstanding safety items based on prior audit findings

MONTHLY TRAINING:


  • 1 two-to-four-page PDF Safety training topic email to customer the first week of each month


  • Designed for employer-led "Toolbox" safety meetings/discussions

SAFETY DATA SHEET (SDS) REVIEW:

  • Review of customer SDSs for guidance and compliance

WORKPLACE NOISE ASSESSMENT:

  • 1 Workplace noise (mapping) assessment of an operational area

  • Conducted using a Sound Level Meter (SLM)

  • Performed to evaluate noise sources

  • Does not include personal noise dosimetry

EMAIL & PHONE SAFETY SUPPORT:


  • Access to a Certified professional for:


  • Safety questions and guidance

  • Guidance on OSHA regulation concerns

  • Guidance on workplace situations

  • Available during Bonneville Safety normal business hours (Monday—Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM)

  • Response based on schedule and availability

  • Intended for brief, limited questions and guidance

  • More frequent or in-depth assistance handled through scheduled services

REGULATORY RECORDKEEPING SUPPORT:

  • OSHA Form 300 L - Log of work-related injuries and illnesses

DIGITAL RECORD RETENTION:


  • Signed inspection checklists are stored in Bonneville Safety's database for record retention


  • All safety records provided by the customer are securely stored and maintained


  • Records are not accessible through an online portal. Copies are provided upon written email request to maintain data security and protect confidential client information


STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) REVIEW:

  • Review of up to 5 SOPs for health and safety alignment per year

  • SOP reviews are spread out throughout the contract year

Each package is designed to support one building or site. It includes all operations within that location that can be reasonably covered within a single on-site visit. Organizations with multiple locations/buildings or more extensive operational needs can be supported through expanded or customized service plans.
